Leadership
At the helm is Phil Blom – Founder & CEO, a recognized leader in the biochar industry since 2009—the same year the U.S. Biochar Initiative (USBI) was formed. With more than 15 years of experience, Phil has been instrumental in advancing biochar production, applications, and market adoption, making him one of the early voices in the U.S. biochar movement.
